RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
- Products must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered are not eligible for return
RETURN PROCESS
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@platinumroofingproducts.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back
- Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Return shipping costs, 20% restocking fees and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
DAMAGED ITEMS
- Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, or the claim may be denied.
